Due
to the nature of our business Joe Johnson Ltd places great emphasis
on keeping health and safety at the forefront of the company agenda.
We recognise that H&S underpins our future success. Johnson Technical Solutions Ltd acknowledges that to continue meeting client obligations, we
must remain informed of changing H&S regulations.
We continually aim to achieve this through the following
methods.
1: We employ an independent H&S advisor. The purpose
of which is for the monitoring of our current procedures. Through
regular meetings, we stay informed of industry changes which are
likely to affect our business.
2: We have worked towards, and maintain the
following accreditations:
To be able to satisfy these independent bodies demonstrates
our competence in H&S awareness. It has been proven that through
completing these precondition questionnaires, we are channelled
towards looking at our existing systems. We find is an invaluable
development tool.
3: In house general H&S training, In addition
to the specialist training that is required.
We utilise an in house, online method of training
for General health and safety. This tool is delivered through an
external company and is accredited to RoSPA. This allows us to carry
out regular training and continually monitor performance.
